Clayton Bridge House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You can while away your days observing the wildlife from your Juliette balcony or take a canal boat trip from the nearby marina.

Developed in 1986 from and old working coal store, the stone building has been transformed into a modern home with hi-tec fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and living room with Juliette balcony and beautiful views over the city. This floor also boasts a separate dining area.

Descending to canal elevation we find 2 bedrooms fully furnished with zip and link super king bed with top quality linen. Second room at the moment is a dining room again with Juliette balcony.

A ‘Futon’ is available and would comfortably sleep another adult. This can be included for a £30 charge per night.

The Castle dates back to Roman Times recently used as a prison but now reopened as a tourist centre. There are guided tours, historic walks and ghost stories The castle holds the record after London for the most public hangings and is notorious for The Trial of Pendle Witches.

Being only 2 mins from centre of Lancaster everything is accessible shops, supermarkets cinema, theatre railway station are on your door step.

No need for a car Having said that Clayton Bridge house has ample parking for 2 cars and a garden and outside eating area.

If you wish to go further afield M6 or A6 connects easily with Lake District Yorkshire.
